OUR COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF CHABLISIEN
The cottage is located in the village of Saint-Cyr-les-Colons, a 10-minute drive from Chablis and 20 minutes from Auxerre, within the Domaine Heimbourger, known for producing wines from Chablis, Burgundy, and Irancy.
You will find all the shops and restaurants within a 10-minute drive, and you can discover the Domaine's fine wines in its tasting cellar located in the courtyard.
THE COTTAGE FACILITIES
The cottage on the upper floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room.
There is a mezzanine with two small twin beds measuring 90×190.
The two air-conditioned bedrooms on the upper floor:
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed for 2 people measuring 140×190, a sofa bed for 2 people measuring 140×190, and a baby crib available upon request.
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed for 2 people measuring 140×190.
The cottage also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, shelves, a dryer and a toilet.
Additionally, there is a second large independent toilet on the ground floor with a toilet, a urinal, and a sink.

The cottage features a courtyard with a closed parking area with an electric gate, a small covered balcony at the entrance, and a small grassy area with garden furniture and a barbecue.
You can also enjoy the communal petanque (boules) area, located 20 meters away in the village square.
RATES
€700 per week (7 nights)
€450 for the weekend (2 nights)
€60 per person per night
Bed linen and towels package: €10 per person
Cleaning fee: €50
