Bourgogne Passetoutgrain

Description

Bourgogne Passetoutgrain has an attractive cherry-red color. Its nose is frank and fruity. On the palate, it's supple and light with moderate tannins, making it easy to drink young and age well.

Its red and black fruit aromas (cherry, blackcurrant) are combined with attractive spicy notes.

Conservation

It can age for at least five years.

Food / wine pairings

Ideal with charcuterie, it also goes well with grilled and roasted red meats, sautéed white meats, poultry, light game and cheeses.
