Description
White Burgundy has an attractive golden-yellow color.
The nose is fresh, fruity and slightly mineral. On the palate, it's highly aromatic, with fruity notes (citrus and exotic fruit) and fine mineral flavors. It's full-bodied and long-lasting.
Conservation
It can age for at least 5 years.
Food / wine pairings
Ideal as an aperitif or with starters.
Goes well with shellfish, oysters and fish, as well as certain cheeses and white meats.
