A Family Tradition for Three Generations
For three generations, the Heimbourger family has been cultivating vines with passion and expertise. Located in the Burgundy region of Yonne, our estate spans across three prestigious appellations: Chablis, Irancy, and Bourgogne. Our goal is to produce wines that reflect the excellence of our terroir and craftsmanship.
OUR VINEYARDS
The Heimbourger estate stretches across hillsides that offer an ideal exposure for vine cultivation, typically facing south and southeast. Our vineyard planting consists of 50% Chardonnay for the Chablis and Bourgogne Blanc appellations, 40% Pinot Noir for the Bourgogne Rouge and Irancy appellations, 5% Gamay combined with Pinot Noir for Bourgogne Passetoutgrain, and 5% César, an old Burgundian grape variety used for the Irancy appellation.
Our unique terroir and environmentally friendly farming practices allow us to obtain high-quality grapes, which are then carefully vinified in our cellar.
